Data controller
Your personal data is processed by WORKINTON OFIS KAFE HIZMETLERI A.S. (Trade Registry No. 825258) and, where the selected service is provided by a franchise branch, together with the relevant Workinton legal entity identified in the service contract.
Processed information
Your name, email, phone number, address, account and session details; portal arrival source, campaign tags, visited page paths and visit identifiers may be processed. Company, invoice, order, payment, contract, location preference and operational records are also processed when you purchase a service.
Purposes
Information is used to create and protect your account, provide the customer panel and requested services, measure acquisition channels and the purchase journey, verify identity and contact details, manage contracts, payments, invoicing, support and operations, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
Legal grounds
Data is processed where necessary to establish or perform a contract, meet legal obligations, establish, exercise or protect a right, or pursue legitimate interests that do not override your fundamental rights. Activities based solely on explicit consent are presented separately.
Collection
Data is collected electronically or physically through registration and checkout forms, the customer panel, payment and contract transactions, email, phone and support channels.
Transfers
Data may be shared only as necessary with relevant Workinton companies and branches, hosting, communication, payment, electronic signature, support and operational providers, and legally authorized authorities.
Retention
Records are retained during the account and service relationship and for applicable statutory periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Account and service data
Identity, contact, account, session, order, payment, contract and support information may be processed to create your account, secure access and provide requested services. Processing is limited to what is necessary for these purposes.
Cookies and visit measurement
Cookies may be used to secure the customer panel, maintain your session and remember language and security preferences. The portal measures arrival sources, campaign tags and visited page paths using first-party visit identifiers, and may link them to your account and order if you register or purchase. The visitor identifier lasts 90 days and the visit identifier lasts for the browser session. A previous choice to disable measurement is respected.
Privacy and security
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are applied to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or unlawful processing. Data is shared only with necessary service providers and legally authorized authorities.
Retention
Personal data is retained for the processing purpose and applicable statutory periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
